Welcome to Sweetless (“the App”). Sweetless is a mobile application designed to help users monitor and reduce their daily sugar intake by estimating sugar consumption using artificial intelligence (“AI”) and user input. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sweetless, including any related services, features, or content provided through the App.
Please read these Terms carefully before using Sweetless. By accessing or using Sweetless, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the App.
1.1 Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, registering an account, or otherwise accessing or using Sweetless, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, do not use or access the App.

If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice (e.g., by email or by posting a notice within the App). Your continued use of Sweetless after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you use Sweetless on behalf of a company, entity, or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Sweetless aims to help users understand and manage their sugar intake. You can log food consumption by inputting text or uploading photos of your meals, snacks, or beverages. The App uses AI to estimate sugar content and allows you to create personal goals or a plan to reduce sugar consumption over time.
